SIGNATURE TALK
The same discipline that wins championships wins markets. Sinan Güler translates 21 years of elite competition into a framework your team can use tomorrow — from adversity to acceleration, from locker room to boardroom.
Born in Istanbul in 1983 into a basketball family — his father Necati pioneered the game at ITU, his mother Fatma Nilgün played basketball, his brother Muratcan followed to the courts. Jersey #32 wasn't random: 3+2=5 (his father's number), 3×2=6 (his mother's number).
He left Istanbul for the United States, played college ball at Carroll College (now in their Hall of Fame, 2018), then came home and built a 21-year professional career — first at Salt Lake Community College and Carroll College in the US, then across five clubs in Turkey: Darüşşafaka, Beşiktaş, Anadolu Efes, Galatasaray, and Fenerbahçe.
He captained the Turkish national team at EuroBasket and played in the most watched basketball game in Turkish history — the 2010 FIBA World Championship Final against the USA. Silver medal. Standing ovation. The whole country watching.
He retired December 20, 2022. The next chapter was already in motion.
